1991 - Computer Software Faculty of the North-West Extramural Polytechnic Institute; degree in Computer Software.

1995 - Faculty of Economics of St. Petersburg State University; degree in Macroeconomics.

From 1991 to the present day – Founder and General Director of Hosser Group Ltd.

2002 – awarded the Certificate of Honor “For active participation in implementing the Program for capital construction in Surgut and in connection with the 10^th anniversary of the Company”.

2006–2007 - won the Title of Honor “Top Manager of the Russian Federation”.

2008 - awarded the honorary diploma as the winner of the prize “For development of Russia” in the category “For contribution to implementation of priority national projects in the Russian Federation” for high social responsibility and active citizenship.

Marital status: Married, two children - son and daughter.

Hobby: lawn tennis, skiing, psychology
